I saw our school musical called A Matter of Hats, written, directed and choreographed by Christine Barratt. The performance involved all of the grade 6 students.
The play was about 5 children staying with their Aunt and Uncle. They found old costumes in the attic. The children tried on the costumes randomly. Then soon discovered when the costume was complete, they were transported into a theatre world. Here they had an adventure, rescued a joker and returned home.
I enjoyed the play as there was lots of singing and dancing. The pace of the play was good and never boring. Congratulations to all Grade 6 students on an outstanding performance.
